Page.ly, one of the more well-known hosted solutions for WordPress, has recently announced a significant update to their Atomic interface, which is their central interface for their customers, sporting large icons and a more intuitive user experience.
In addition, they’ve announced a new referral system along with a new billing credit system that I imagine their customers will start using since it’ll save them money if they use it on their subscription.
But it’s the referral system that’s going to get a lot of airtime as customers start referring their friends and people within their network to use the service.
For example, if you refer 5 people you get $25 per referral and any referral after that up to 20 is $75. Referring even more than that? You get $150 per referral after the first 25, all headed to your billing credit system. You can opt for a cash out for 15% of each transaction if you’d like instead.
Take a look at the dashboard and get started. I think this is a smart move and one that many hosting providers already use to get more people to adopt their services.
Some important details to remember via their announce:
- You will be sent a “Welcome to Pagely” email that contains a new login and password for our ATOMIC interface.
- Login and click over to Referrals.
- Your legacy earnings (if any) will be shown to you. We will process payments for legacy earnings starting in Januray of 2013. Please contact support if you have any questions.
- Verify your links are using the correct code, and grab some new banners.
