Cheri Lucas over on the Android blog shared with us late last night the release of the new 2.2.6 release for Android.

With a new “Holo” theme available in 2.2.6 you get improved support for connecting over HTTPS, crash fixes (#394 and #395), and a lot of internal code cleanup and optimization.

The result? Overall app size has been reduced. Not bad. Get it on Google Play. Rock it out.
