If it’s not move-in day then at least it’s “build-all-the-stuff” day.
But, I think it is. I’m sitting here in our brand-spankin’ new WP Daily Editorial Offices with clean floors and empty space, ready to be used. As we’ve shared previously in our office build-out, our hopes are to create an environment where we can not only build great products but also create a publishing haven for not just ourselves but also for anyone visiting the Atlanta airspace.
That’s right, we would love for you to visit us if you’re in Atlanta as we’ll have more than a few chairs and desks for you to hangout with us in – we’re looking to build a video game “den” with stand-up coin-ops and old school consoles, a killer coffee bar experience, and a snappy wifi.
And that’s just where we want to start. We’ve got big plans and the community here is an integral part of what we want to build. We’re so stoked and can’t believe this is going to be a part of our story in 2013.
Check out some of the pictures I captured early this morning and the first table that I built to get us up and running:
The table was actually custom-built by Jared, our designer, which is freakin’ sweet and is one of the few things that we brought from the previous ghetto-looking office.
When you come you’ll at least have some good speeds:
And finally, it’s capital 8BIT, what!
And yes, here’s a video for you:

Stoked.
Oh, and if you want to see how it all got started and how much demolition we’ve done, check out this post here with pictures!
***UPDATE***
Here are some more pictures of putting stuff together… and a fun video:
