I remember when my friend Nathan Smith first launched the 960 Grid System – remember that? It changed my life and simplified a few years of work as I leveraged it for client work, projects, and even began using it in the WordPress development world.
Well, that was a long time ago and the successor to 960gs is Unsemantic, which at the core uses percentages instead of set # of columns.
It’s fully responsive out of the box which you can see on the demo directly. I tested it out really quickly as well:
This, of course, is a very positive thing for WordPress developers and designers looking to try out a new CSS framework, especially for those that are familiar with the quality work of Nathan Smith and the 960 grid system.
