WordPress.com is now sporting a svelte responsive layout as well as the WordPress.com Reader. This isn’t a comprehensive roll-out .com-wide as many of the pages are still not responsive – not a criticism as I know that would be a very large job but I hope it’s coming soon!
For example, even the WordPress.com blog doesn’t have it (yet):
All good. I’m sure it’ll get there soon!
This is really the year of responsive, especially in terms of WordPress sites and themes and I’m very excited about the opportunities for innovation – I really think we’ve only begun to see the potential for responsive layouts and design as well as interactivity with the elements.
If you see any unique implementations of responsive, especially as it deals with WordPress, keep us top-of-mind and let us know so we can cover it!
