Feeling a bit distracted on this Monday morning? Yes, me too. In an ever-increasing fight to stay focused on the things that need to get done I have to actively reduce and pare down things that are causing those disruptions.
For example, a recent absolute life-saver is turning the “Do Not Disturb” feature on via my iPhone and never turning it off. Thus, I don’t get interrupted by anything, except for those on my VIP list (like my wife).
I was perusing some sites to look for other quick and helpful tips this past weekend and passed on this Hierarchy of Digital Distractions that was both hilarious and at the same time very helpful so I could classify and prioritize the distractions by “distractability.”
