WP-Push: Notifications for iOS, Android

I’ve been spending more time digitally-spelunking around iOS development and WordPress recently and I’m starting to bump up against many other WordPress + iOS lovers out there and that’s pretty neat.

One that passed my desk recently is a simple and neat plugin that pushes notifications to your iOS or Android-powered device for all the crucial updates that you might need as you run a growing and successful blog.

The list of notifications available for WP-Push currently are as follows:

• New Users
• Comments
• Pingbacks
• Trackbaks
• Password Resets
• Notifying Authors of Comments

There’s a growing opportunity for extensions to including MemberPress, Easy Digital Downloads, Jetpack, Restrict Content Pro, and even bbPress. The extensions are paid upgrades though, but you might find it worthwhile especially if you need these updates in real-time.
