It’s a big week for Soliloquy as they have launched a brand new version of their plugin, 1.5.0. It’s chalk full of new updates and improved UI, and as an added bonus, Thomas the creator of Soliloquy, has decided to have a 20% off sale that ends today!
Don’t miss out on the savings if you’ve been thinking about giving Soliloquy a shot.
Among the updates and improvements in 1.5.0 you’ll find that the media interface is now consistent with WordPress 3.5. The old UI has been dropped in favor of a more familiar one. It’s incredibly simple to use when you want to upload images, videos or custom HTML to your sliders.
Which leads to the next big improvement, dedicated slides for images, videos and custom HTML. Setting these up is a breeze! Video support is for YouTube and Vimeo and the custom HTML option lets you design a slide using your own HTML and CSS, right in the plugin interface itself.
If you’re a fan of Soliloquy these improvements and updates should speed up your use of the plugin and make it even more a joy to work with. If you’re unfamiliar with Soliloquy now might be the right time to check it out.
Would love to know if any of you have updated Soliloquy and what your reactions are to the changes. Let us know in the comments!
