Quick Tip: How to reorder images in post

Ever select 5 or more images to stick in your post and realize you have a few images out of order? Since WordPress 3.5’s introduction of the new media manager you can now easily re arrange those images by dragging.. it’s definitely not apparent though.

1. Select images

Select multiple images ( hold shift as you select )
Select multiple images ( hold shift as you select )

2. drag and drop for the order you want

drag and drop!

Pretty simple huh?!

I have found a few faults you can only view the first 12 images you are inserting to reorder and sometimes its very finicky where you may need to drag a few times to hit the “sweet spot”.
