I hope you all have a great and relaxing Sunday! I have some new plugins to share along with a quick plugin review as well. Did you know that you could submit plugins and themes to us to review? Cam did a review of a theme a while back and we also have tags for Plugins and Themes for all of the posts related to each of them.
Here’s the plugins after the jump!
Reviewed Plugin
One of our readers Milan submitted his plugin for us to review so I decided to take a look. When looking at his blog post on the plugin, it looked simple enough by the screenshots so I downloaded it and installed it on one of my test sites.
It was easy enough to setup and add an image using the WordPress Media Uploader. Unfortunately it didn’t work out of the box with the theme I was testing it out with (Standard Theme). I knew that there’s a customized Nav Walker class in the theme, so I decided to try out Twenty Twelve. Sure enough it worked just fine with it.
For those of you who don’t like digging into CSS to add an image for a menu item, then this is the plugin for you. You will want to test it out with your theme though, as it doesn’t seem to work with all themes out of the box. Give it a try!
