Every single week it seems that I encounter even more solutions that help bloggers and WordPress site owners manage their sites.
Today’s new player is Worpit, another notification and updating system that you might find useful. This is very much a similar product like ManageWP and WPRemote.
What you might find here though that’s a nice addition are the opportunities to optimize your database and backups to leverage, something that WPRemote doesn’t have for example.
Take a look at these screens:
One of the interesting things also to note is their pricing tables – they price their services by the number of sites you’re interested in using through their system. If you’re just interested in 1 site then it’s free – if you go beyond that it’ll start to scale.
Check it out and let me know your thoughts.
Although things like WPRemote are free for an unlimited # of sites you won’t get backup and the security that Worpit provides. It’s an obvious give and take but it’s good to have options.
