11. WooThemes Moves to ZenDesk
WooThemes has changed their support system to ZenDesk. I can personally attest to the efficacy of ZenDesk as we’ve been using it at 8BIT for a while now.
We’re a bit biased because we use it for our Hello Dolly podcast but the thing just works.
