Sometimes the best solution is actually the easiest one – and to be honest, sometimes WordPress can appear to be a much larger and more complex solution than is absolutely necessary for some client work and projects. I know for myself that I do not have to “WordPress-All-The-Things” in every project that I have to do – sometimes I just need to rapidly prototype some idea out and maybe much later come back to WordPress as the solution.
