Just checked @rescuetime. I’ve worked more than 50 hours of the last 72. Hello, Thursday! Matt Thomas, one of the designers for WordPress.com, recently shared his uber-geekiness with a picture sporting his iGrill App on his iPad. We hear you loud and clear Matt. Well done. Literally? Or Medium-rare?
Do you make mockups for clients and customers and/or present to others in meetings, conferences, or other such gatherings? Then perhaps we can help streamline your work with Taylor Dewey‘s sweet Mockupress, a simple concept that shows the WordPress dashboard and the necessary elements to get your presentation done. It’s completely free and available on GitHub. For those that don’t have a GitHub account, you can download it directly here but we recommend you get an account to stay updated with any new releases. Cheers! Thanks Taylor for your work here! Full list of features here:
Etsy, one of the best places to get handcrafted art through a simple community-powered ecommerce community, shared recently their record-breaking week through Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The reason this could be of interest to more than a few of you here is the fact that their site, Code as Craft, runs WordPress’ VIP Services and is a neat showcase of a simple implementation that really works, especially with their insight and transparency around their sites and how they manage all that traffic (which performance and WordPress IT nerds would gush over).
