WordPress.com is now sporting a svelte responsive layout as well as the WordPress.com Reader. This isn’t a comprehensive roll-out .com-wide as many of the pages are still not responsive – not a criticism as I know that would be a very large job but I hope it’s coming soon! For example, even the WordPress.com blog doesn’t have it (yet):

Thursday is my favorite day of the week. It means only one more work day and the weekend is just around the corner.
