Gravity Forms has just released their 1.7.3 update and it’s got a bunch of fixes that have found resolution for the 1.7 build. There’s a host of updates and fixes, including the following: Added JS filter: ‘gform_conditional_logic_description’ allows you to modify the descriptive HTML (i.e. “Show/hide this field if any/all of the following match”). Added JS filter: ‘gform_conditional_object’ allows you to modify the conditional logic object based on the object type. Added ‘gf_currency_config’ to gf_vars array, one step closer to deprecating gf_global array. Added gaddon JS object for use with the upcoming add-on framework. Added support for “tab_label” setting when […]

1.7 is now out and it’s called “Totonno” and apparently it’s the best version ever. They’ve been hinting at it for quite some time (although it’s not like it’s a secret or anything) but with your WordPress theme compatibility now active you won’t have to dig or search for a BuddyPress theme anymore. BuddyPress has hit their RC1 Candidate and is going to be incredibly exciting for the thousands upon thousands of users who use BuddyPress for their sites: BuddyPress 1.7 is going to be one of our most exciting releases to date. It comes packaged with the same theme compatibility that was introduced in bbPress 2.0, which means that BuddyPress will now work out-of-the-box with a majority of the WordPress themes available today. Whew. I’m drained. But it’s a “good” type of drained, you know? Hope you’re having a great weekend yourself. With that, here’s your Weekend WordPress Roundup:
Paul Gibbs just shared that 1.7 Beta 2 has been released. Trac shows a number of bug fixes and improvements, mainly around theme compatibility and a few around admin screens. Download it here if you’re feeling curious or brave.
