After a little more discussion and feedback, we have decided to start the Torque Book Club with a Google Hangout format, while also using our “community” section for posts and comments, section by section. When I was first getting started in my professional career I read a book called Microsoft Secrets. The biggest takeaway was a tiny fact embedded in their hiring process.
