A full first week of June, can you imagine that? A little backlogged is all I have to say – it was a very busy weekend for me and I’m just finally catching up on work that was supped to get done late last week. This happens on occasion and thankfully no ones breathing down my neck to get my stuff done – I create all the pressure I need on my own! Hopefully you had a great weekend and are looking at an awesome week this week!
Tomorrow is Mother’s Day which means that every married man with kids (well, not all of them…) is fretting about doing something legit tomorrow. I’ll probably be at my local Target early tomorrow trying to find some crappy Mother’s Day card that means little more than the ridiculous $4.99 that I will pay for it. Hm… I can do better (and so can you)! Ok, but before that, enjoy our weekly roundup. 🙂

Yet another incredibly busy week for us at WP Daily and the rest of the 8BIT team – as much as we hate to admit it, we’re still somewhat recovering from WordCamp Atlanta that finished a few weeks ago – all those calls and meetings and things that we had hoped to get done were pushed back and we’re finally knocking them out, one-by-one. But we’ll get there. I’m sure of it. Without further ado, here’s a look at the past week and some of the stories that we weren’t able to cover explicitly:
This past week has been an absolute blur – busyness hit an all-time high today as I had a keynote at a conference early in the morning, my daughter’s soccer game, and 3 back-to-back-to-back birthday parties and then my wife had a girl’s night out while I took care of the kids. Whew. I’m drained. But it’s a “good” type of drained, you know? Hope you’re having a great weekend yourself. With that, here’s your Weekend WordPress Roundup:
Yikes. It’s been a busy Saturday and I’m finally getting around to compiling our weekly review of content that we didn’t get to cover explicitly over the last 7 days. In a good way I’m glad as I spent most of my time today with family. Soccer games, a date with one of my daughters, and then the park with my other one has left me spent. I hope your weekend has been as eventful as mine already as well!
